1. Olympus XA2 Film Camera
I upgraded my Olympus Trip XB AP 44 to a Olympus XA2 after some researching online, and the camera is very nice! I’ve uploaded the pictures I took here, I focused on more still life pictures this time and I think it shows Toronto’s spring in such a beautiful life!

2. Peugeot Pepper Mill
I’ve recently broken my glass grocery store pepper mill and decided to invest in a nicer, wooden one. It’s a bit of an investment but i know i’ll keep it for a long time! nothing like cooking with a smooth mill for pepper, it’s very satisfying.

3. Japanese Breakfast/Concerts at Massey Hall
Japanese Breakfast’s concert set for her “For Melancholy Brunettes and Sad Women tour” had an oceanic/sailor theme and it was so beautiful! Massey Hall is one of my favourite venues-- you can see the artist pretty well virtually anywhere you sit. This was my first time standing in the GA area and it was very nice-- and this is coming from a relatively short person. I also got the tickets for $25, what a steal!

4. Cherry Blossoms
I took this picture on my Olympus XA2 (see more pictures here!) and these types of cherry blossoms are my favourite. This winter felt particularly long and when it was finally getting warm in the city the cherry blossoms started to bloom early-mid May and made the city so, so beautiful.

5. Peonies
One of my favourite flowers for this season are peonies. Their shape is so unique and they bloom in in a way that bursts them open and changes their entire shape. I’ve been trying to buy flowers more frequently for my apartment because they brighten and freshen up a space.

6. Magdalena Bay - Imaginal Disk
This album I got really into during my finals studying. The intergalactic, airy, electric rhythm of their album is so addicting. In particular, my favourites were “Death & Romance”, “Fear, Sex”, “Vampire in the Corner” , “Love is Everywhere”, and “Cry for Me”. But honestly, it’s a non-skip album for me.
